In 1998 MAG-nificent Impressions, LP was founded by Mike Hanley and a friend to bring original high quality magnetic flames to the automotive enthusiast. Mike invited two of the very best automotive designers and builders in the U.S. to join the company, Art Himsl and Howdy Ledbetter. Their work has spanned 40+ years with involvement in over 5000 show cars. They are continual award winners and both are Hall of Fame members of the Grand National Roadster Show, the oldest show if its kind.

MAG-nificent Impressions, LP has become the leading magnetic and pressure sensitive vinyl flame graphics company in the U.S. with distribution through J.C. Whitney Co., Herrington, The Enthusiast’ catalog, MotorSport Direct, Moon Eyes USA, Inc., Harbor Freight, Eastwood Catalog and our own popular website, www.magneticflames.com. Ads appear regularly in Autoweek, SEMA, PWA magazine, Drive and various other publications. All works are copyrighted and patents pending on certain work including Art’s famous “drop shadow” giving flames dimension. Patent received January 28, 2003 on the Freedom Eagle design and product.

We have done the research, completed all tooling and dies to manufacture our product to the highest standards. Each is identical whether it is 1,000 or 1,000,000, the standards do not vary. Each contains the famous “Himsl” signature and each is protected with a special UV coating. Manufacturing and all product fulfillment is completed at our plant in Ohio that is ISO9002 and QS9000 rated.
